December 20th, 2015. "This is Miles Lee of Codia Acoustic Design. As you may not yet know our products that well, let me just say that Codia racks are already N°.1 in our domestic market of Korea. Now we are about to start our global promotion in earnest. My dream is that Codia will become known as the high-end audio rack maker in the world. I know very well that we still have the handicap of 'made in Korea' against us but I believe that will soon be overcome by the quality of our product."

That's how Codia's owner confirmed our acceptance of his Stage 3000 BAB hifi rack review solicitation in our pages to thank me personally. At right we see differently tiered versions of his Stage 1000 model which Glen previously took through its paces here. Since that article, Codia suffered a catastrophic fire on their premises but rebuilt to be back. That should be my cue to bow out and hand over to Glen Wagenknecht.

But first, a few photo montages to cast a quick eye over Codia's product range and show their racks in high-end show demo and domestic systems of South Korea. With April Music, Bakoon, Emillé, Fore Audio and other fine hifi firms headquartered there, I see no reason why Codia's country of origin should be any real handicap.

That's before we mention automobile, IT and computer giants Hyundai/Kia, the LG Group and Samsung.

Back to Codia, they even have their own Morel driver speaker model with matching stand.

Here we see a double-wide three-tier 3000 BAB version and its Finite Elemente-style resonators installed on the underside of one shelf.

And finally some Codia installations from their website gallery.

Now it's over to Glen for the actual review.
